To ensure the fastest delivery possible, we will ship your order from the warehouse nearest to your location. This helps us reduce shipping time and deliver your dress as quickly as possible.

All orders are shipped with standard mail. They usually operate between 9am—6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example, your work address (recommended).

Nouvelane offers free standard shipping in 60+ countries.  If you need faster mail  DHL/Fedex/ UPS services are also available. Please also notice that standard mail to US/EU/UAE is shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all taxes and import duties are included in the final price.
